LONDON GALLERY VISIT

Cathy travelled from Leeds, Tom came from Southampton, Heather caught a train from Hastings, I came from Brighton to meet up with Jaemie at Victoria to spend a very wet day in London.
We went to see BLIND LIGHT an exhibition at the Hayward Gallery by Anthony Gormley.

Strange bodies were littered around the gallery and hung from ropes!
Cathy and Jaemie covered in "dew" after emerging from a "cloud"

The London skyline near and far is peppered with standing statues on the pavement and on the top of buildings .......

We all enjoyed Pie and Mash at a pub on the South Bank afterwards ....

followed by a quick trip to Borough Market and chorales at Southwick Cathederal before we dispersed back to our original destinations having defeated the weather, the bombers and the 500,000 Gay Pride visitors in London!
